Social Media Coordinator

Marketing Department

The overall purpose as the social media coordinator is to lead FHC’s social media strategy in order to boost visibility, customer and client engagement. This involves managing FHC’s online presence by developing a strategy, producing good content, analyzing usage data, facilitating customer service and managing projects and campaigns.

  • Develop a social media strategy and set goals to increase brand awareness and increase engagement

  • Manage all social media channels such as our Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Linkedin with daily posts and content

  • Plan content and delivery and use tools like Hootsuite and Asana etc. to manage multiple social media channels

  • Develop and manage competitions and campaigns that promote our company and brand

  • Write engaging blog posts and articles that are presented with media content

  • Create engaging multimedia communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions

  • Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions

  • Monitor and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google analytics

  • Educate other staff on the use of social media and promote its use within our company

  • Be able to communicate and work with the Public Relations Coordinator and Marketing Manager

Public Relations Coordinator

Marketing Department

The PR Coordinator is to work in corporate public relations departments or with external PR firms to design and implement strategic public image campaigns and programs for employers or clients. The PR Coordinator will also work with Marketing Manager and social media coordinator on enhancing and ensuring the protection of the For Her Cosmetics’ brand; which includes, FHC’s media presence, as well as to the employees and customers. This position also includes work on special events to garner public awareness and free press coverage, such as grand opening, product introductions.

  • Planning publicity strategies and campaigns

  • Writing and producing presentations and press releases

  • Dealing with enquires from the public, the press and related organizations

  • Organizing and attending promotional events such as press conferences, open days, exhibitions, tours and visits

  • Speaking publicly at interviews, press conferences and presentations

  • Providing clients with information about new promotional opportunities and current PR campaigns progress

  • Analyzing media coverage

  • Commissioning or undertaking relevant market research

  • Liaising with clients, managerial and journalistic staff concerning budgets, timescales and objectives

Website Coordinator

Marketing Department

Website Coordinator:

The Website Coordinator will coordinate the company’s website by keeping content and design current. This position works with the Social Media Coordinator, as well as the Public Relations Coordinator to ensure that all information correlates and is presented in a uniform manner. Additional responsibilities include ongoing web strategy and overseeing website operations, with particular attention to design, content, and maintenance. This position includes updating website content, including information, images, calendar content, schedules, graphics, etc.

  • Participates as a contributing member to ForHerCosmetics

  • Maintains, updates and oversees website operation and content

  • Maintains proficient catalog of all products and services

  • Has working knowledge of html, word processing, spreadsheets and a marketing background

  • Has working knowledge of Photoshop or other image processing software

  • Proficient on the wix.com platform

  • Trouble shoots website issues

  • Assists  review of site statics and analytics

Accountant Manager

Accounting Department

The Account Manager will prepare assets, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information. This position will ensure the company is efficiently operating by accessing financial records of clients.

  • Oversees all accounting functions

  • Oversees budgetary accounting and, as required, exercises authority to commit the station to fiscal and accounting administrative actions

  • Assists in preparing and maintaining financial budgets, enforces compliance with good accounting principles and maintenance of all series of accounting records

  • Conducts internal audits and test audits to verify the validity and accuracy of accounting records and reports

  • Responsible for establishing and monitoring a system of internal controls to prevent over-obligation of funds, omission of obligation, or obligation of funds sat a rate that would cause untimely exhaustion of station funds and violate the provisions of anti-deficiency act.

  • Reports to management any omission or misstatement of obligations that may be considered delinquent obligations or any apparent statutory violations.

  • Develops and implements electronic application and spreadsheets within the division

  • Analyzes pertinent accounts, furnishes information for management that may provide the basis for establishing policies or corrective actions with respect to rates of expenditures and determination of charges to be made for services furnished; provides analytical and organizational expertise for all division activities, including financial, budgetary and administrative.

Supply Chain Analyst Coordinator

The main purpose of this roll is to conduct data analysis to improve our supply chain operations. Your job will help us increase efficiency and reduce costs. In this role, you should have an analytical mind and strong business acumen. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential. You goal will be to help our supply chain run as smoothly and profitable as possible. You will be working closely with the Accounting manager on the budget and spend as well as the production manager.

  • Create and processes and methods to gather supply chain data

  • Analyze data to identify problematic areas and suggest improvements

  • Plan and implement supply chain optimization projects

  • Develop requirements and standards (e.g. packaging, procurement, delivery)

  • Oversee inventory procedures

  • Discover the most cost effective shipping modes and schedules

  • Evaluate vendor operations according to quality standards

  • Help foster trusting relationships with business partners

  • Collaborate with IT professionals to implement effective systems

Customer Service Manager

Customer Service Department

The main purpose of this roll is to assist our customers with technical problems when using our products and services. This position requires resolving customers queries, recommending solutions and guiding products users through features and functionalities. To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who’s able to earn our clients’ trust. Ultimately you will help establish our reputation as a company that offers excellent customer support during all sales and after sale procedures.

  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat (website included, co-manage with website coordinator)

  • Identify customers needs and help customers use specific features

  • Analyze and report product malfunctions (e.g. testing different scenarios or impersonating users)

  • Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers

  • Monitor customer complaints on social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google, Yelp, etc.) and reach out to provide assistance

  • Share feature requests on social media and reach out to provide assistance

  • Inform customers about new features and functionalities

  • Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved

  • Gather customer feedback and share with out production and marketing teams (survey monkey etc.)

  • Assist in training junior customer support representatives

You will be working closely with the social media coordinator, public relations coordinator and community service coordinator.

  • Study company products

  • Translate technical details into benefits for the user

  • Follow and analyze market trends to position products

  • Develop product marketing strategies (pricing, advertising, product launching)

  • Craft compelling messages across marketing channels (landing pages, ad campaigns)

  • Work with various team( design, content, acquisition, product, sales) to implement strategies

  • Test marketing product features, releases and ad copy

  • Evaluate effectiveness of projects based on feedback from existing and prospective customers

  • Manage the social media, public relations and community service coordinators

Community Service Coordinator

The main purpose of this roll is to direct our STEAM outreach program and acquire new non-profit/for profit deals. Bring awareness to the community about our program and creating new content and workshops for our program. Locate new talent and women who are in STEAM to come and speak as well as students that are making an impact in the community. Oversee the program budget and policies regarding participant involvement, program requirements and benefits.

  • Evaluate the work of staff and volunteers to ensure that programs are of appropriate quality and that resources are used effectively

  • Monitor performance of organizational members or partners

  • Conduct opinion surveys or needs assessments

  • Recruit, interview and hire or sign up volunteers and staff

  • Establish and maintain relationships with other agencies and organizations in community to meet community needs and to ensure that services are not duplicated

  • Direct activities of professional and technical staff members and volunteers

  • Plan and administer budget for programs, equipment and support services

  • Participate in the determination of organizational policies regarding such issues as participant eligibility, program requirements, and program benefits

The main purpose of this roll is to organize and oversee the manufacturing of goods. You will ultimately be responsible for the smooth running of all production lines and the quality of output. You will have a deep know-how in production procedures. The goal is to ensure efficient and productive manufacturing process that meets customer requirements.

  • Liaise with the supply chain analyst coordinator to formulate objectives and understand requirements

  • Estimate costs and prepare budgets with accountant manager

  • Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines

  • Monitor production to resolve issues

  • Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel (quality inspectors, workers etc.)

  • Determine amount of necessary resources (workforce, raw materials etc.)

  • Approve maintenance work, purchasing of equipment etc.

  • Ensure output meets quality standards

  • Enforce health and safety precautions
