Social Media Coordinator

Marketing Department

The overall purpose as the social media coordinator is to lead FHC’s social media strategy in order to boost visibility, customer and client engagement. This involves managing FHC’s online presence by developing a strategy, producing good content, analyzing usage data, facilitating customer service and managing projects and campaigns.

  • Develop a social media strategy and set goals to increase brand awareness and increase engagement

  • Manage all social media channels such as our Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Linkedin with daily posts and content

  • Plan content and delivery and use tools like Hootsuite and Asana etc. to manage multiple social media channels

  • Develop and manage competitions and campaigns that promote our company and brand

  • Write engaging blog posts and articles that are presented with media content

  • Create engaging multimedia communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions

  • Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions

  • Monitor and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google analytics

  • Educate other staff on the use of social media and promote its use within our company

  • Be able to communicate and work with the Public Relations Coordinator and Marketing Manager



Marketing Department

Event Coordinator:

The Event Coordinator will coordinate the company’s event's and pop-ups by keeping track of all logistics that create a cohesive event. Our events occur both on and off site, and the Event Coordinator will have the responsibility of managing all events for the organization. The Event Coordinator oversees all aspects of event planning and management, including internal and external events.

A successful candidate will be extremely organized and be able to manage the logistics of multiple events simultaneously. Responsibilities for the Event Coordinator include meeting with clients to work out event details, plan with the client, scout and book locations, food, entertainment, staff and cleanup. The Event Coordinator also creates event proposals and presenting proposals to prospective clients.

  • Maintaining a working relationship with vendors and venues.

  • Understanding the complex needs of different events, and diverse clients.

  • Planning event aspects, such as venue, seating, dining, and guest list.

  • Ability to delegate event planning tasks to other staff members where necessary.

  • Strong knowledge of venues and vendor offerings while taking clients on tours of venue possibilities.

  • Coordinating event entertainment, including music, performers, and guest speakers.

  • Attentive to the value of staying under budget while planning event specifications.

  • Issuing invoices and collecting payments in a timely manner, and creating comprehensive and readable financial reports.

  • Managing and overseeing events on the day of, including problem-solving, welcoming guests, directing event set-up, communicating with staff, and organizing vendors, and managing take-down.

  • Communicating with marketing team to create effective advertisements for each event.

  • Anticipating and planning for possible different scenarios.

  • Creating sales opportunities for future events during client liaisons and during events.

  • Strong communication skills, and the ability to present event ideas and plans to client and vendors.

Public Relations Coordinator

Marketing Department

The PR Coordinator is to work in corporate public relations departments or with external PR firms to design and implement strategic public image campaigns and programs for employers or clients. The PR Coordinator will also work with Marketing Manager and social media coordinator on enhancing and ensuring the protection of the For Her Cosmetics’ brand; which includes, FHC’s media presence, as well as to the employees and customers. This position also includes work on special events to garner public awareness and free press coverage, such as grand opening, product introductions.

  • Planning publicity strategies and campaigns

  • Writing and producing presentations and press releases

  • Dealing with enquires from the public, the press and related organizations

  • Organizing and attending promotional events such as press conferences, open days, exhibitions, tours and visits

  • Speaking publicly at interviews, press conferences and presentations

  • Providing clients with information about new promotional opportunities and current PR campaigns progress

  • Analyzing media coverage

  • Commissioning or undertaking relevant market research

  • Liaising with clients, managerial and journalistic staff concerning budgets, timescales and objectives

Supply Chain Analyst Coordinator

Production Department

The main purpose of this roll is to conduct data analysis to improve our supply chain operations. Your job will help us increase efficiency and reduce costs. In this role, you should have an analytical mind and strong business acumen. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential. You goal will be to help our supply chain run as smoothly and profitable as possible. You will be working closely with the Accounting manager on the budget and spend as well as the production manager.

  • Create and processes and methods to gather supply chain data

  • Analyze data to identify problematic areas and suggest improvements

  • Plan and implement supply chain optimization projects

  • Develop requirements and standards (e.g. packaging, procurement, delivery)

  • Oversee inventory procedures

  • Discover the most cost effective shipping modes and schedules

  • Evaluate vendor operations according to quality standards

  • Help foster trusting relationships with business partners

  • Collaborate with IT professionals to implement effective systems

Customer Service Manager

The main purpose of this roll is to assist our customers with technical problems when using our products and services. This position requires resolving customers queries, recommending solutions and guiding products users through features and functionalities. To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who’s able to earn our clients’ trust. Ultimately you will help establish our reputation as a company that offers excellent customer support during all sales and after sale procedures.

  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat (website included, co-manage with website coordinator)

  • Identify customers needs and help customers use specific features

  • Analyze and report product malfunctions (e.g. testing different scenarios or impersonating users)

  • Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers

  • Monitor customer complaints on social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google, Yelp, etc.) and reach out to provide assistance

  • Share feature requests on social media and reach out to provide assistance

  • Inform customers about new features and functionalities

  • Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved

  • Gather customer feedback and share with out production and marketing teams (survey monkey etc.)

  • Assist in training junior customer support representatives

Marketing Manager

The main purpose of this roll is to lead our outbound marketing activities. You’ll be responsible for presenting our products in ways that will strengthen our brand and boost sales. You will be a creative and quantitative thinker. And should be familiar with various products marketing techniques, like email campaigns and pricing strategies. You will be working closely with the social media coordinator, public relations coordinator and community service coordinator.

  • Study company products

  • Translate technical details into benefits for the user

  • Follow and analyze market trends to position products

  • Develop product marketing strategies (pricing, advertising, product launching)

  • Craft compelling messages across marketing channels (landing pages, ad campaigns)

  • Work with various team( design, content, acquisition, product, sales) to implement strategies

  • Test marketing product features, releases and ad copy

  • Evaluate effectiveness of projects based on feedback from existing and prospective customers

  • Manage the social media, public relations and community service coordinators

Community Service Coordinator

Marketing Department

The main purpose of this roll is to direct our STEAM outreach program and acquire new non-profit/for profit deals. Bring awareness to the community about our program and creating new content and workshops for our program. Locate new talent and women who are in STEAM to come and speak as well as students that are making an impact in the community. Oversee the program budget and policies regarding participant involvement, program requirements and benefits.

  • Evaluate the work of staff and volunteers to ensure that programs are of appropriate quality and that resources are used effectively

  • Monitor performance of organizational members or partners

  • Conduct opinion surveys or needs assessments

  • Recruit, interview and hire or sign up volunteers and staff

  • Establish and maintain relationships with other agencies and organizations in community to meet community needs and to ensure that services are not duplicated

  • Direct activities of professional and technical staff members and volunteers

  • Plan and administer budget for programs, equipment and support services

  • Participate in the determination of organizational policies regarding such issues as participant eligibility, program requirements, and program benefits

  • Prepare and maintain records and report, such as budgets, personnel records, or training manuals

  • Research and analyze member or community needs to determine program directions and goals

  • Speak to community groups to explain and interpret agency purposes, program and policies

  • Direct fundraising activities and the preparation of PR Materials with PR coordinator

Production Manager

The main purpose of this roll is to organize and oversee the manufacturing of goods. You will ultimately be responsible for the smooth running of all production lines and the quality of output. You will have a deep know-how in production procedures. The goal is to ensure efficient and productive manufacturing process that meets customer requirements.

  • Liaise with the supply chain analyst coordinator to formulate objectives and understand requirements

  • Estimate costs and prepare budgets with accountant manager

  • Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines

  • Monitor production to resolve issues

  • Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel (quality inspectors, workers etc.)

  • Determine amount of necessary resources (workforce, raw materials etc.)

  • Approve maintenance work, purchasing of equipment etc.

  • Ensure output meets quality standards

  • Enforce health and safety precautions

  • Manage supply chain analyst, community service and public relations coordinators

Brand Ambassador
